You need 2 sheets of green (or whatever color you like) square 6" x 6" (15cm x 15cm) origami paper for this.
Origami Christmas Tree
Start with the color side facing down:
Fold it in half to form a triangle:
Open it up so that you can see the crease in the middle:
Fold the bottom tip to meet the crease in the center:
Flip it over and you should see this:
Now, fold the paper in half so that the left tip meets the right tip:
Now fold top half only so that the right slanting edge lines up with the left vertical edge:
Now flip the paper over and you should see this:
Repeat the fold, this time the left slantin edge should line up with the right vertical edge:
Now repeat the fold. Fold the left slanting edge to meet with the right vertical edge:
Flip the paper over and repeat the fold:
Open it up slightly and this is half of your origami Christmas Tree. You will need to repeat the steps and fold another half Christmas tree.
Once you have 2 of the above picture, you just need to tape them up on both sides so that they'll look like a 3D tree.
Now, all you need to do is to decorate your origami Christmas Tree. Have fun!
